Where do I find a short code?
The sender sees it right after creating a message with “Short code” switched on. It looks like K7Q-M2X.
Why doesn’t my code work?
Codes stop working 10 minutes after the message is created, and the message itself may have expired or already been opened. Ask the sender for the full link, or a new code.
Do I need to type the dash or capital letters?
No. Codes aren’t case-sensitive and the dash is optional. Codes never contain 0, O, 1, I or L, so there’s nothing to confuse.
